Ways To Wear it: The Pillowcase Dress

The Tunic

Turn your dress into
a comfortable tunic.
All you need to do
is wear a belt at
your natural waist,
lift and drape dress
over the belt.
Pair with your
favorite pair of
biker shorts, tights
or leggings, and
you’re ready to
go.

The Loose
Fitting Tee

1. Lay dress flat on
table.

2. Starting at the
shoulders measure
about 17″ down and
cut straight
across.

Pair with your
favorite high-waist
jeans, skirt or
shorts. Cut a bit
shorter for a more
cropped top and
layer over a
bodysuit or tank
top.

The V-Back
Dress

1. Lay dress flat on
table.

2. Measure two
inches from the edge
of each sleeve and
make a mark.
3. Starting at each
mark, cut a diagonal
line half way down
the dress forming a
V-shaped cutout.

Stretch fabric
around the cutout to
create a more draped
look. Cut the V
narrower or wider,
or make a U shape
for a twist on this
custom look.

The Off-Shoulder
Dress

1. Pull sleeves off
the shoulders to
form a straight line
across the
chest.
2. Cinch fabric
around the waist to
create a more form
fitting shape.

3. Secure using a
safety pin in the
middle of the back,
and/or cover with a
wide belt.

The Asymmetrical
Dress

1. Slip your arm
through only one
sleeve.

2. Tuck the other
sleeve inside dress
under the
armpit.

Add a belt at a
waist and you’re
good to go!

Layer it!

Get extra girly by
layering a flirty
skirt over the
dress. Let the hem
of the dress peek
out from underneath
the skirt.
