yards
Scissors

Sewing Machine &
Thread
Measuring Tape

DIRECTIONS
1. Put shorts on and
measure across the
top waist band
2. Measure across
middle section of
shorts
3. Measure across
the bottom of the
shorts


4. Repeat steps 1-3
and measure the back
side of shorts

5. Cut 6 pieces of
fringe, according to
your
measurements
6. Starting with the
bottom piece of
fringe, position the
frinece and sew onto
shorts. Next, sew
middle piece of
fringe onto shorts.
Lastly, sew the top
piece of fringe onto
shorts

7. Flip shorts over
and repeat step 6 on
back of shorts
