to customize the Oversized
Scoop Back Fringe
Mini.



MATERIALS
NEEDED

Oversized
Scoop Back Fringe
Mini

Rit
Dye

Masking
Tape

Water



DIRECTIONS

1. Add two cups of
water to 1 package
of Rit
Dye

2. Use tape to cover
up all areas where
you do not want any
dye

3. Bunch up the
dress so the fringe
falls in one
place

4. Dip the fringe in
the dye mixture
about half-way and
hold it for about 5
minutes

5. Hang the dress
upside down over a
towel to dry

Et Voila!
